Didn't know why I started. Perhaps bored, passsing time. Actually, it not too bad - it may even help to improve your writing, minusing some bad and broken languages. I guess it's also a good way of letting out, letting it go. Probably new trend of diary.
Stupid PC fail and restarted many times today. Think it's gonna konk out anytime. I suppose should take to Challenger and have it check this weekend. Ya, if only got time. It's gonna be a hectic weekend again! Marketing, squash games, then lunch then meet up with tenants to inspect house and collect keys. Hopefully everything goes smoothly. Then, see if have time to visit parents on Sunday. With so many homeworks and now puppy has 2 art pcs to complete, wonder if we can ever make it... damn sian.
Sometimes wonder why people are so unreasonable. Maybe plain selfish. If I had known earlier that they are like that, should have increase their rent since last year. Afterall the contract is only for 1 year or 14 months. The thought of letting them benefitted from our cheap rental and now not cooperating by letting others view the place, not even our request for a half an hour to 1 hour over 1 day of weekeend, just pissed me and worst of all, nothing much can be done. Just not fair. Hope they get a taste of their own medicine one day!! Moreover their rental cheque always comes in late by almost a week. I told that old lady that I have never so far have any tenant so unreasonable. The last 2 China tenants were never like that, even their rent comes in punctually every motnh. Really a shame to locals. So what you have a business to run. The contract clearly stated 2 month prior to termination that you should allow us to bring people to view!! You are depriving us of chances of getting another tenant earlier.
